In all actuality, the purpose of the bill is just to make a more reliable system on which to base if someone owns a gun that’s illegally obtained and to reduce the amount of people purchasing guns by making it more difficult. I don't agree with the bill either, but I don't think it makes us the equivalent of China by any means. Sorry… I didn’t mean to submit that last comment please delete it.
